have been awarded the Most Referred® Real Estate Agents designation
for 2005-2006. Most Referred® Realtors/Real Estate Agents have been selected by
a national survey of their peer Realtors for the following areas: Cumming,
Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, Lula, Dawsonville, Roswell, Alpharetta,
Buford, Dahlonega, Marietta, and Cherokee Counties.
Over
52,000 Realtors surveyed were asked who they would recommend to their friends
for honesty, integrity, professionalism and market knowledge, if they themselves
were not available to sell real estate in Cumming. Donna Baray and Gwen
Kennedy were chosen among the Top 3 Realtors in Cumming, GA, as a result of this
survey.
It
is important to note that real estate agents cannot pay to join
Most Referred! To qualify as a Most Referred Real Estate Agent, the
screening process is much more rigorous. Each city is surveyed and the
agent must receive the highest number of votes from their industry peers
to receive the nomination for their market area. They then must provide
Most Referred with reference letters from their peers, their Broker and
have a stellar reputation with their local real estate association.
Finally, Most Referred’s Nomination Committee interviews them for
membership. The qualities inquired about are: Integrity,
Real Estate Knowledge & Experience, Qualified Customer Service, And
Ability, Skill, and
Readiness To Serve Their Clients.

a buyer/seller seeks the services of a real estate professional, the
credentials your real estate agent carries is ALL IMPORTANT. It
informs the buyer/seller of the knowledge, skill and expertise of that

Certified
Residential Specialist (CRS): CRS
designees are recognized for advanced study in listing, selling,
investment, taxes, and a proven record of experience in applied
residential marketing. Designees are members of the Residential Sales
Council, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of
Realtors®. To receive this honor, every CRS has undergone a rigorous,
specialized course of detailed training, aimed at making residential
transactions as smooth and worry free as possible. CRS designees are
recognized for advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes,
and a proven record of experience in applied residential marketing.
Of the more than 2 million real estate licensees nationwide, only 33,000
have received the prestigious CRS designation. That's less
than 2%.
Graduate
Realtor Institute (GRI): Members
involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information
for their practice participate in the REALTOR Institute program and earn
the GRI designation. A Realtor must complete course work in several
areas of real estate such as residential, investment, construction,
exchanging and various types of mortgage programs. The designation
indicates to the public that the individual has obtained a professional
educational foundation on which to base the services they provide. Only
members of the Realtor organization may earn the GRI designation
Accredited
Buyer Representative (ABR): Realtors®
who hold the ABR designation devote all or part of their business to the
practice of buyer agency. Awarded
by the National Association of Realtors, the ABR designation requires a
comprehensive course in buyer representation, a written examination on
legal and practical aspects of client representation, and documented
experience in buyer representation in real estate transactions.
The
REALTOR® designation is your assurance of REALTOR®
professionalism, integrity and competence.
This designation is only used by a real estate professional who
is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to
its strict Code of
Ethics. Not all real estate agents have earned the right to use this
designation.
MLS:
A Realtor within the MLS has access to all listed properties.
Consequently, a buyer can form a closer relationship with one trusted
agent and can depend on that agent to provide full market coverage and
service. Through the MLS, information on all listed properties can be
shown to the client.
e-PRO
is a nationally recognized certification program from the National
Association of Realtors® (NAR) that trains real estate agents in
Internet Business skills. e-PRO® Internet Professionals maximize your
ability to leverage the enormous power of the Internet when you are
buying and selling property. e-PRO Internet Professionals
can offer you the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have chosen
